    Positive staff and size of room the fact that 11 am u close pool and your staff tells me that u do it all time on weekends and your website hrs are not true also supposed to 2 night stay only one still have not recevied my refund that was promised

    Positive The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room that we reserved was not avaliable but they gave us a compairable room and it was nice. The staff that worked the breakfast area were very helpful to everyone especially older folks who did not know how to operate the equipment.     Positive The location was good. Breakfast was average. Staff was wonderful. Manager Sam made our family reunion warm and inviting. Matt the receptionist/concierge was extremely helpful and friendly. Diane was conscientious and attentive for breakfast.
