Positive Tiny house directly at the beach with the nicest sunset view. Access to beach by walking a few feet to a set of rocky stairs or a more sportsy rock scramble directly at the back yard. I think the view is so excellent, you can just sit and enjoy the sunset either from the back deck or the livingroom. On arrival the minisplit heater didn't work but the service
