Positive When we checked in there was a problem, so we were upgraded from a room to a very nice cottage. All of the staff was friendly. Restaurant food was very good.

Positive Close to the gardens. Price of ticket to the garden for 2 days included . Great view from room with balcony, can see the azaleas in bloom.
