    Positive The property is very clean and has all the essentials you need. It truly is walkable to everything in Newport. The marina,the Belboa Piet and restaurant area,as well as the Newport Beach and all that it has to offer. also, you didn’t have to search for parking. You could park in the garage with a smaller vehicle.
