Positive The location is great, it is secluded and very peaceful. We did get to see the deer roaming around throughout our stay. The property was wonderful and we had plenty of room inside and out. Rosie (host) was in contact with me a few days before my stay and was responsive when I needed her. The hot tub (kept temp at 80 for evening use) and the pool were perfect
