    Positive Location was in an older neighborhood that is being revitalized. Some of the houses are rebuilt (like this one), while others are remodeled, but some are not. Did not have any issues at all, felt pretty safe in the area. It was also very quiet. The facilities were great and spacious. Kitchen was well appointed, even though we did not use it.
