Positive We were there because of our grandson’s surgery at UAB. Staff was excellent!!!

Positive It was close to the event. Good parking. Good night sleep. The bed was very comfortable and the room was fairly clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Positive No breakfast. Pricey. Had to pay to park. Only good was convenient to UAB hospital. And the front desk was pleasant. One morning I did go into café and the three ladies working in there were quite pleasant. Even though I had to pay $6.50 for a small bottle of orange juice. Ridiculous. But they did give me a banana because they couldn't sell it the way it was
