    Positive Very cleanand quiet and well stocked. Contacted them a couple of times and they got right back to me. We were able to park (parking permit provided) and walk wherever we wanted to go in town or to the incline. Back patio right on the creek! Everything had been remodeled and new. Would love to stay there anytime.

    Positive The property was walking distance to many of the attractions in Manitou Springs. It was very clean and cozy. I loved sitting out back in the morning listening to the river while drinking coffee. Made a little friend, we called Sparky, out on the patio. Super, friendly little squirrel.
