    Positive This room, located in a private home in a residential part of Washington, DC, is exceptional. It's just a few minutes walk from Tenleytown, and close by American University, which my child attends. There's ample street parking. The room is large and comfortable with a nice bathroom. Same amenities as any hotel but in a space larger than most hotel rooms. The
