Positive Exceptionally clean and well furnished. The decor was all derby themed and interesting. I’m very familiar with the area around the hotel and was surprised how the hotel grounds seem to be isolated from the surrounding industrial area. Being next to the horse training facility helps. I was also surprised how quiet it was.
