    Positive Quiet. Park across the street. Easy to walk to food/bus-to-downtown. Hot water kettle got a lot of use.

    Positive The property was very well appointed, thoughtfully furnished, and extremely clean. The yard/flower gardens were beautifully landscaped and maintenanced by Roy. It was so easy to contact Roy by text if we had any questions and he responded quickly.
