Positive Great location. Very quiet, but lively night vibe down at the end of the block on Brady St. The building is so well constructed that sound does not carry. We had neighbors on both sides, above, and below; and we never heard any of them. It was so peaceful that I will recommend to anyone that asks.

Positive Building was nice and brand new. The apartment itself was comfortable and well appointed. Location was great near Brady street, but far enough away that it was quiet at night.
