Positive The location was perfect. The views from the back patio were everything we had hoped they would be. The staff was phenomenal.

Positive The Inn is right on the water next to the Bridge of Lions. Facing west so you get beautiful sunsets and view of historic St Augustine. It is quiet at night. Relaxing sitting on the deck outside your room after a day of playing tourist. They serve breakfast. Staff are very nice.

Positive Excellent location to avoid the craziness of downtown St. Aug but still be close. Rooms were nice and clean with good beds. Went to the free breakfast not expecting much and was handed an amazing plate of hot food and fruit to enjoy on the back porch while watching the dolphins. Staff was very nice and welcoming.
