Positive Staff was very friendly, car porters were excellent.Getting extra towels was easy. Breakfast was good too, lots of hot and cold choices.. Young lady who handled breakfast was very friendly and kept things stocked and clean. Room was clean. Location, great!

Positive The air conditioner did not work in the room and it was stuffy and hot and I was unaware that you only had ballet parking that was not in any of the specifics when I booked this room also, the pool was not usable.

Positive There are free hot water and coffee at the entrance, which is perfect for me. And microwave in the room is convenient. Staff are really kind and nice.
