    Positive It was a lot of space with it own private parking spot. Clubhouse was amazing. It was Halloween. They had a Halloween contest which my son participate in and won. The big pool was amazing. It was a big hit with my kids. Also, the movie theater and the arcade the location pretty good neighbors was nice the day I left a gentleman two doors down actually washed
