Positive Property is in close proximity to the beach, about a 5 min walk. Also 12 minutes walk away from a beach park and restaurants. The location is safe and the condo is roomy. The condo was also well cleaned and spacious enough to cook and have dinner as a family. Very quiet area no disturbances from neighboring condos.
