Positive Arrived late (11 pm), but there was an envelope for late arrivals with my name on it containing room key and clear instructions. Breakfast was good, waffles, scrambled eggs and sausages.

Positive The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Inn is very close to the beach; had everything we needed and was very clean. The rooms are super cute! We've stayed here on two other occasions and had a great experience.

Positive Only one block from the beach. So wonderful and historical. The breakfast was great and the breakfast room was sunny and inviting. Our room was quaint, although we had a hard time controlling the heat, though I am always too hot so not necessarily their fault. The staff was wonderful and it was a great weekend celebrating my husbands birthday.
