    Positive Spokojna ale dobrze skomunikowana okolica, blisko do kawiarni z własną palarnią kawy (Henry's House of Coffee). Do marketu (22nd & Irving Market) 10 min piechotą. Sprawna pomoc przy zameldowaniu, telefon do właścicieli działa cały czas. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, butelka wina na początek dla gości.
