Positive I made a lot of use of the shuttle. Airport to hotel,hotel to Amtrak (then walking distance to my meetings), back to hotel, and back to Amtrak next day. Desk staff were very helpful setting that up.

Positive The hotel is really nice and I loved how there was multiple vending machines close to our rooms.

Positive The parking felt secure. Plenty of spots all the way around the building. The staff were all so kind and helpful, especially the nice lady attendant for the breakfast room. She kept everything clean and well-stocked, helped us with the waffle maker, and was so kind to our babies. Very quiet at night. No loud night life or other rooms making lots of noise.
