Positive The welcome was wonderful! I was welcomed by a very friendly staff member at check-in. The location is super convenient! The room is well equipped and clean, as is the bathroom.

Positive The hotel is so convenient to reach from the airport! We had an evening flight arriving in San Francisco and were only staying one night, so it was quick and easy to hop on the air train to arrive at the hotel. It had very comfortable beds, the room was large, clean, and decorated very nicely, and the staff was very friendly.
