    Positive The property was perfect for our needs. It is located across the street from the ocean with the beautiful lagoon behind it. It has its own access to the beach where you can walk across and it’s very convenient with a pavilion for shade and benches to sit on and a very nice boardwalk.     Positive I have stayed here since the 90's, I love the location. I will say those steps down to the pool need to be changed out to maybe a slope..I sprained my ankle and several owners were there and every one of them said they fell on them too, and another guest too.
