Positive The location was easy to find and it was easy to get to and from major locations in Charlotte. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean.

Positive I love that it was quiet and the convenience of everything was great also. The staff was excellent in communicating to make sure anything I needed was met, via text message. And the way they greeted guests as they entered and exited the building was very nice and professional and welcoming.
