    Positive I arrived an hour before 3 pm check in on my way to a funeral. My room wasn't available yet but I was able to store my luggage in the staff area and come back hours later to check in. The new staff member, Emily, said that she was expecting me and later texted me to see if everything was okay in my room. That was a nice touch.
