Positive Lovely and spacious suite with a beautiful view of the water, you can watch the sun rise over the pond in the morning. There is a nice seating area with fridge, microwave, and counter with a few dishes. The huge bathroom was incredible with a jacuzzi tub and extra large shower. And then through the bathroom is another area with two twin beds and a pocket doo

Positive Hosts were lovely! They were super attentive. Back deck was great, and we ate a few meals out there. The suite was very clean, with easy to use appliances including washer/dryer combo. Convenient to Boulder and Denver.
