Positive Heater stopped working around. 12 midnight on our 2nd night. Maintenance wasn’t available until 7:30am. But we had to checkout at 8:30 No sincere apology.

Positive Had to leave early. They said talk to booking about compensation. Booking said Hilton had to authorize and they would not do so. $830.00 for 16 hours. Completely unwilling to do anything to assist.
