Positive The location was extremely convenient to anything downtown Kalamazoo and was easy to get to. Parking garage was attached to the hotel via a walkway, which made it easy. Staff were hardworking, friendly, and did whatever they could to help. Hotel had a nice array of convenience items in their shop that we could buy at any time. Decent hotel bar. Breakfast, wh
