Positive I slept well. My room was clean. I loved the refrigerator. The front desk supervisor (Frank) was amazing. He worked extremely hard to find my reservation. Booking somehow didn't connect it, however I was able to log into Hilton Honors and found it.

Positive The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a light out in my bathroom and as soon as I mentioned it, it was taken care of. Wonderful communication as well!
