Positive The hotel is easy to reach by transit. They granted our requests: We could check-in early and the hotel provided us with a two-bed room. (There were two of us.)

Positive The staff was awesome and accommodating. At check-in we were informed that our request for two beds wasn´t able to be honored, but by our second day, we were moved to a two bed room with a better view of the city! Everyone was a total rockstar! also, the location is great and the Subway was just around the corner.
