    Positive Canceled flight, convenient location, airport shuttle. My luggage was on another plane but the front desk host gave me a tooth brush and toothpaste. Made me very happy after a terrible, long day of traveling.

    Positive There were electricity issues on one side of the building and instead of preemptively warning us or assigning us a room with proper facilities, they allowed us to discover those problems on our own and then request a different room.
