Positive Excellent location in College Park Woods! Spacious living room, convenient dining room, well appointed kitchen. Quiet area and on site parking. We'd definitely stay here again.

Positive Location was perfect for visiting our daughter at the University of Maryland. The house was very spacious and extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Communication was excellent before and during the stay. The host accommodated our need to park two cars which was very helpful. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area.
