Positive While the hotel in general was clean, it was not the best home2suites. Little things like the coffee creamer in the room was not restocked and were crushed says that the staff does not care for the little details. The staff was definitely not as friendly as most we stay in.

Positive I chose to stay at Home2 because of previous excellent experiences at other locations. I was expecting the same quality spacious rooms, a working BBQ area, and a cozy outdoor fireplace. Unfortunately, this time was disappointing.

Positive The staff were helpful, the rooms were clean, and the one minor mechanical issue in my room had someone sent to fix it before I even knew there was a problem.
