Positive The property was conveniently located to the University of MN. The facility was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman overseeing breakfast (which was a nice perk) . The room we stayed in had a queen bed in a room separate from a space with a pullout bed and a desk. This worked perfectly for us as it allowed my husband
