Positive The whole hotel was very nice and clean. All staff we talked too were very nice and helpful. Especially the valet staff; We had to keep going in and out of the parking and they were very nice and helpful.

Positive We have stayed at Hotel Cerro many times, and we are always impressed with the staff, the facilities, and the comfort of the beds. It is a beautiful hotel, right in the heart of the fun of downtown SLO.
