Positive Location was perfect for my convention and surrounding areas. MJ was a great receptionist and showed amazing customer service. She always checked on me to see how i was doing. Check in and check was very easy. Reggie was also very nice. He brought up my fridge but also asked if everything else in the room was working well. I appreciate the great service was

Positive The room was very stylish and clean. There was plenty of space for our short stay. The restaurant was amazing and the staff there went out of their way to make our experience memorable. We will definitely be returning for at least one more stay at the Savoy.

Positive The hotel is absolutely adorable and in a great location with access to several parking lots nearby. The staff was also extremely accommodating, as we stayed for a wedding party!
