    Positive Clean, well-supplied kitchen, and good location for being close to convention center. Nice table outside and garden space. Vince responded quickly to any questions we had. The lock needed a battery replaced while we were there and Vince responded very quickly and arranged a suitable time with us to have maintenance come and replace it (in less than 1 day). V
