Positive My room was perfect. Close to the elevator yet far enough away didn't hear any elevator-associated activity. Nice breakfast options. Five minute stroll to my venue. What a varied offering of snacks, soft drinks and personal care products provided in the hotel's lobby canteen!

Positive The person who checked me in was fantastic. He was so attentive. YOU HAD OAT MILK AT BREAKFAST WOOT. I always have to hunt out coffee off site but you had oat milk. Non dairy creamers still have milk derived protein and I can't have it. I loved how close it was to delta center and the planetarium. Selection at breakfast was good

Positive Went to Salt Lake City for a couple of days. I was able to walk to all the venues I needed to be. Hyatt House Downtown SLC was clean and comfortable.
