Positive The host was very accommodating. Booking.com never sent our reservation to the host, which could have left us without a place to stay. Fortunately, the house was still available, Pam was able to find our reservation and got us into the house with just a minimal delay. We had trouble with the door code that was originally provided and Pam found a solution to
