Positive I loved being walking distance from the beach and being able to put all our dirty clothes and beach toys in garage to shake off outside the garage door and the laundry machines were right next to the garage helping us be able to keep it cleaner. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and dishware to help us cook. We really didn't even need to pack our cro
