Positive It was easy to get to, but there was lots of garbage, and traffic.

Positive The room was on the first floor which was something I expressed not to happen. Tiara recommended that she will change the room to a different floor if I would prefer. Just this small adjusted made the stay more enjoyable. She went through the process with a smile on her face and made me feel that more comfortable.
