Positive This is the only property I will ever stay at again on my yearly pilgrimage to Indiana Beach. Super close to IB gate (100yrds), new, clean pool where they supply towels. The owner herself is the nicest lady you ever want to meet who owns a huge Newfie who politely says hi to the guests. The rooms themselves have all been updated. The mattresses leave you thi
