    Positive Beautiful colonial style house. Room is on third floor and there is no elevator so if you don’t like stairs that will annoy you. But I usually prefer stairs so it was fine. Room is cozy and comfy for one or maybe a couple. Had everything I needed. Plenty of towels etc. mini fridge. Mrs Andrea was super friendly and hospitable. The cat is cute and likes to be

    Positive I spent two days in DC and decided to spend the night at this hotel. It was wonderful, everything was clean and comfortable. In the morning, they offered me breakfast, which was really nice. If I come back in DC, I will definitely come back to this place!
