Positive That i didnt have to give a deposit. They did make it right cause the 1st room is had to stay in was NOT in any shape to have guest......broken desk, mold on dresser burned up carpet broken sink screen for window off window didnt shut mold under sink......I jad 1 night in there and then the next night got a different room with broken tile shower shoots water
