Positive We had a wonderful experience in this hotel. The staff was very kind and welcoming. They fixed a booking issue I had with courtesy and professionalism. The breakfast was great. Location is amazing, within walking distance of shopping and dining in that area. I would love to return and stay here again. Jose and Jenni.

Positive Very clean, comfortable, and good service from staff. It's 10 minutes away from train 7 that go directly to Times Square. The neighborhood is nice, with everything near and safe.
