    Positive It's in the Bronx, so think old NYC from the 80's, when it was a grittier, realer place (would not recommend walking from the subway after midnight). the building is nice, the place was superclean. The subway stations are a short walk and a direct shot downtown, but note that the 4 northbound does not stop at the burnside ave. stop due to construction.
