Positive No breakfast included was the only downside but plenty of restaurants close by like across the street so not a big deal

Positive There wasn't any breakfast at the hotel, but there was a small kitchen area to use only there wasn't any cookware or glassware, plates or silverware. It was a nice hotel for the price that we paid we would stay there again. The hotel manager was very nice at check in and even came up to our room because the TV wasn't working.
