Positive I was worried when I read the reviews so I was pleasantly surprised when I stayed here. The neighborhood is in a historic area - close to restaurants and grocery store. It is very safe to walk around in, especially if you want to see the beautiful old homes. The building is old so don't go in expecting a hyper modern apartment. The ac is a contraption in the
