Positive Great stay! Great service and assistance from the staff. Location was perfect for us - Printers Alley was just around the corner, Broadway St., Ryman Auditorium & Food Hall an easy 10min. walk. Loved the room: everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and plenty of space. The coffee/water stations on each floor were a nice touch as well.

Positive It’s location was perfect - easy walk to lots of different destinations. The hotel was unique/historic/charming … I felt a real get-a-way feeling walking into the hotel; and it made the entire experience top notch.
