Positive The condominium was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The beach was across Collins Avenue and there is a small market and bakery/cafe in the building. I also liked that it had a Keurig coffee maker which made morning coffee very easy. It is close to supermarkets -Publix - and CVS so you can stock-up at regular prices.
