Positive The location was great, with lots of nice restaurants at short walking distance, and Santa Monica pier 10 minutes away by walking. Getting to/from the beach wasn’t too easy for us because of the elevation and having to take stairs or ramp and my wife being pregnant, but otherwise location is perfect

Positive The location was great and the staff was so friendly. When we checked in Heidi immediately noticed my birthday was the next day and arranged for a gift of birthday treats which arrived with a balloon. The room was very comfortable, great for sleeping.

Positive We were able to get in a bit early thanks to the staff. The room overlooks the beach and you can't tell there's a highway - all you see is ocean, beach and park. The balcony is delightful.
