You can easily access Universal Studios (15 mins), West Hollywood/beverly hills (20) , Griffith (8-10), Los feliz (8-10), silver lake/echo park (10-20), and downtown (20-25). Secure private parking is also great. Views of Hollywood sign/griffith from unit balcony and rooftop are a plus. Also, great amenities with gym
